·      Manage the installation, monitoring, and fine-tuning of SAP Enterprise–wide software ensuring the efficient and secure operation of SAP environment - which could include ECC 6.0, Business Warehouse, CRM, Solution Manager and other SAP applications.

·      Provide technical support and effective database/basis solutions to end-users and team members, and work closely with the client, system administrators, network administrators and Data Center Operations for troubleshooting of production issues

Requirements

·      Have expertise in integrating and operating a multiple stack environment (e.g. CRM, ECC, Solution Manager) as well as deep expertise in performance analysis, remediation and tuning.

·      Possess multiple lifecycle implementation experience as a senior member of a basis team.

·      Experience with Java Stack installation and administration (e.g. CRM IPC, Enterprise Portal, Visual Administrator).

·      Experience with selection, installation and implementation of servers, database and SAP application.

·      Experience working with vendors in use of SAP recognized sizing models for applications.

·      Experience installing and administering SAP GUI Installation Servers and SAP Print Servers.

·      Specific Basis installation and administration with environments and tools including CRM 5.0, ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, EP 6.0, Solution Manager 7.0 on NW2004S or beyond, Visual Administrator.

·      Experience with Service Desk and Change Request Management highly desired.  Hands on configuration and implementation of Change Request Management an extra plus. 

·      Experience helping design a system/hardware landscape for deployment of SAP ERP and NetWeaver components.

·      Experience designing security roles and authorizations for SAP ERP 5.0 or 6.0.  Modules in scope include FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, PM, and HCM.  Experience should also include knowledge of Central User Administration using Solution Manager.

·      Experience designing security roles and authorizations for SAP APO and BI v7.0.
